Ipsita Chakraborty, Branch Head of the Sector 142 facilities of the HDFC Bank in Noida recently organized a unique one — and — a half-hour session with the bank’s Senior Citizen Customers in a first-of-its-kind new drive launched recently to have first-hand feedback from the senior most customers on all of its services and interactive experiences.
She was very enthusiastically supported by her immediate backup, Senior Manager Prachi Azad in making the launch a runaway hit. Addressing the senior guests Ipsita said that the HDFC Bank has now become the 4th largest bank in the world and the 2nd largest in India and is soon poised to race to number one position in the country. Along with Prachi, Ipsita also explained the benefits and the latest features of a new scheme of fixed deposits launched by the bank for its senior citizens. And the logistics were excellently organized by Kavita, one of the most applauded team members of the branch.
To the delight of all the guests a beaming Ipsita also sang the popular number, Roz Roz Aankhon tale… Ek hee Sapna Chale, originally sung by Amit Kumar and Asha Bhaunsle Tai for the movie Jeeva, (link here -)
